KIM TORGERSON Receptionist

Kim has been with Proactive Chiropractic and Wellness Centre since January 2012, after graduating from a Private Medical Office Assistant diploma program in 2011.

Kim was born and raised in rural Manitoba and studied Travel and Tourism at Success Angus Business College in Winnipeg.  This led to a career in the travel industry that spanned 10 years travelling across Cuba, Mexico, the Caribbean and Central America.  A backpacking pleasure trip to Australia and the South Pacific brought her to Vancouver in 1989 and she fell in love with this city and eventually moved here permanently to continue her work with Signature Vacations.

Kim met her husband Dave here and were married in 1994.  They have 2 adult children, and live in Langley. Prior to her role here she enjoyed her time as a stay at home mom and home based business owner.  Kim values her time spent with family and friends, loves to travel and to share her love of cooking.
